Needing help in target areas!!!!
Ok so i work out at the gym quite a bit but maybe not as much as i use to! Well now that I have not gone as much I have a little belly pouch and my hips are a bit puggy now :/ . I am not fat though i weigh 127 and im 5'6 1/2. But I cant seem to tone up the way i want to and its really really annoying... Anyone one have any…
