Needing help in target areas!!!!

Ok so i work out at the gym quite a bit but maybe not as much as i use to! Well now that I have not gone as much I have a little belly pouch and my hips are a bit puggy now :/ . I am not fat though i weigh 127 and im 5'6 1/2. But I cant seem to tone up the way i want to and its really really annoying... Anyone one have any ideas of what I can do??

I also have another problem! I seem to be tired through out the day and looking for breakfast and lunch ideas that are healthy and will give me a good boost of energy :)

If anyone can help that would be great thank you!!!

    You need to do some weight training to gain muscle. Which will make you look firmer. You can google different types of training exercises.
