Needing help in target areas!!!!

Ok so i work out at the gym quite a bit but maybe not as much as i use to! Well now that I have not gone as much I have a little belly pouch and my hips are a bit puggy now
. I am not fat though i weigh 127 and im 5'6 1/2. But I cant seem to tone up the way i want to and its really really annoying... Anyone one have any ideas of what I can do??
I also have another problem! I seem to be tired through out the day and looking for breakfast and lunch ideas that are healthy and will give me a good boost of energy![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

You need to do some weight training to gain muscle. Which will make you look firmer. You can google different types of training exercises.0
