Sleeved and now facing revision due to severe Acid Reflux
I was sleeved in 2013. Heaviest weight was 425, surgery weight was 375, lowest weight was 212. Currently 285 and on track to have a revision to RNY due to severe acid reflux. I was reluctant at first but the acid reflux is terrible and causing other health issues with my esophagus.

Trying to tone up belly sag and man boobs
I have lost over 130 pounds so far and will be nearing my goal of 240 in the near future, The problem is I have some belly sag and man boobs as Iike to call them. Can Anyone recommend some excersizes to help me with this situation? I know that all of it won't go away but any suggestions will help. Thanks

Gastric Sleeve
Had my Gastric Sleeve surgery on Feb 25, 2013 and down 80 in almost 3 months. From heaviest of 425, currently under 290 which i haven't been in many years. I am feeling great and doing well. Looking for some others who have had the sleeve and how they are combating the belly sag and as I call them, Man Boobs. Thanks

Long road ahead
