Long road ahead

I have been overweight most my adult life and when I stepped on the scale and saw 425 I could have died. My doctor recommended I do bariatric surgery. I fought it for a year and still could not lose the weight. I finally took his recommendations and had the bariatric sleeve surgery in February. I am now down 80 pounds from surgery plus the 50 I lost on the hospital's progam before so I am down a total of 130 pounds plus or minus dependant on the scale i stand on.
This whole process has been overwhelming since I took this as an option so I am not dead at 55, and will be able to spend time with my kids and also so my kids don't have to bury me before my time like I had to with my parents.
I am now within 50 lbs of my realistic goal and working on my physical fitness. It is not easy but I am doing it.
If anyone has any question or if considering the same road feel free to contact me for support as I have reached out to many others who have helped me .
