Heart rate monitor
I just got a heart rate monitor for Christmas, and I'm wondering if it's working. I did the 30 Day Shred last night and it said I only burned 52 calories. loose skin
I am slowly, but surely approaching my goal weight. I had 2 babies back to back, and gained 50 lbs with each pregnancy. Obviously my skin stretched a lot, and I gained that weight pretty fast. How did you decide your goal weight? I'm over 1/2 way there, but now that I only have 15 lbs to go, it seems like I have more to lose than that.
