hi all, im starting the 30 day shred tonite and wondered what sort of foods you eat or avoid throughout the day? Or could someone give me an example of what/ how much they eat in a day? Im not overweight i just need to get rid of my flabby belly and hips and generally tone up so any tips would b great. Thanks xx
