How well did you do using MyFitnessPal and having PCOS? Any tips? What to eat? What not to eat? Amount of exercise? Thanks!
I’m starting again and was wondering how you figured if you wanted to shed .5 or 1 pound a week? Do you focus more on the calories you are eating or the ones you might be losing during the day or exercising? (I also have my Fitbit connected with a goal of 10,000-15,000 steps a day.)
