Well what can I say. My staple food is Peanut Butter, had Marmite on Wholemeal instead and did not feel satisfied. It's gonna be a long road.
Did my session. I was feeling really sore this morning
Done my 100 miles and have seen the difference in the extra miles that I have pushed, walking and running. I even included daily abs in my program as a result of the extra support from MFP 1. Stamina Up 2. Fit into dress that I've been hoping to zip up 3. Feeling great 4. Not so much aches and pains
