Day 7 and no junk can't believe I helped bake chocolate cake with that runny chocolate stuff inside and I didn't lick the spoon, bowl or even taste one. I packed them all up and sent them on there way when people left and I actually didn't have one. AMAZING.

Tuesday i was in Zombie land I sooo wanted a snack but totally resisted. ate my five a day and opened up tinned tuna to see that the amount of salt in the brine one was so much so will be getting the one in spring water. oooohhh woooo is me.
