I just started MFP last week with my mom and some friends. I love the site, but I have some questions. 1. Am I supposed to eat the calories I burned from exercise? 2. What happens if I don't eat all of my calories everyday? Like yesterday I still had 100 left from my exercise. Thanks for your help!!
