I just started MFP last week with my mom and some friends. I love the site, but I have some questions.
1. Am I supposed to eat the calories I burned from exercise?
2. What happens if I don't eat all of my calories everyday? Like yesterday I still had 100 left from my exercise.
Thanks for your help!!

1. Yes
2. If you want, you can "save" some reasonable amount of calories for a day that you want to eat more. It is kind of like the extra "weekly" points you get from weight watchers. I think you should only do that provided you don't go below about 1100-1200 calories per day or you will put your body in "starvation mode" and not lose weight. Some people believe that this (eating less one day and more another day) is actually helpful to weight loss- google "calorie cycling" for more info.0 -
I pretty much agree with the previous poster:
1. Yes.
2. Make sure you at least eat 1200 calories per day, as that is the bare minimum imo. If you typically have 100 or so left over then indulge a little bit with your favorite food once a week and that should even yourself out.0
