1200 cal minimum? Total consumed or net?
I've heard that one should never consume less than 1200 calories a day. However, I NET 1200 AFTER exercise. I'm doing spin classes, running, zumba and outdoor cycling. I'm not losing any weight. So shouldn't I consume even less to actually net LESS than 1200? For example, today so far I've consumed 573, exercised off 255…
