I've got about 15lbs to lose. I've set my calories to TDEE - 20%. I'm on day 27 of the 30 day shred BUT I've been eating back ALL of those calories burnt. Shouldn't I have just eaten the 1500 calories every day since TDEE takes into account your amount of exercise? IDK..... I get my self so confused over the simplest…
You know when you complete your diary and MFP. Tells you that in 5wks you'll weigh xxx. Has anyone found that to be accurate?
