  • I found level 3 to be so hard. I hate all the jumping, but I'm so close to the end I'm going to keep on keeping on.
  • Terrible right shoulder pain here. I couldn't even lift my fork, or water glass. It actually hurt anytime I lifted my arm at all. I had to take four consecutive days off before I felt like I could attempt to continue.

  • I did all of level 1 in bare feet but day one of level 2 literally "shredded" my feet! Seriously my toes were bleeding and I was so involved in the worked that I didn't notice until the end. I took the following day off because of my toes and I had also hurt my shoulder. So from then on I've worn sneakers!
  • Confession: I ate crap all day. Serious JUNK food ALL day long. Fruit loops, fritos, cookies, nutella. Ugh, now I feel terrible (mentally & physically) On a positive note I'm half way done with the 30 DS!!! I did day 5 level 2 today.   • My son has had issues before and one of two things always works for him. 1) mix apple & prune juice or buy it premixed in the baby section. I heat it and have him drink it very warm. Or 2) eat canned apricots followed by a big glass of warm water. Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.
  • I wish I could help. I cooked quinoa once and got violently ill. It was so horrible. I assume I'm allergic to it which sucks since it's such a nutrious food :(

  • I'm impressed! Coke is my guilty pleasure. I don't keep it in the house but still find a way to consume about 5cans/week. I've been thinking for a while about kicking it all together but it's sooo HARD. Maybe I should wean to those little baby cans.
