Has Anybody Done the Daniel Fast?
There's a church in my area, getting ready to start the Daniel Fast as they prepare to head into Lent. Has anyone done this? How was it recieved? I'm wondering if it's something I could do...but I'm wheat-free and so "new" to counting my calories, etc., I wonder if I would derail the success I've had so far? Thoughts?
