treadmill and burning calories
I'm new to all of this so excuse the lack of knowledge. I want to be able to log my exercise accurately. Help! Recipe sharing?
Tonight I made a stir fry and wrote down everything I put into it. So I went and created a recipe for it for I can add it to my dinner. Is there a way my hubby can use the same recipe I typed or does he have to re-type in all the ingredients into his recipe section to add it?
