I'm right there with you. And I've ALWAYS hated low fat or fat free (gag) ranch. However, I have found I can stomach the low fat Hidden Valley ranch... it may be costly but it'll do for now.

I just pinned this recipe not 5 min ago on Pinterest! Can't wait to try it!

Are you looking for a certain calorie range?

Yeah I haven't input my weight yet... so MFP might be a bit more accurate at this point but it's just not taking into consideration the little time I did actually spend "running"... but let me tell ya it wasn't much! :)

I wondered if weight mattered, I'm just under 300 lbs so I figured I HAD to be burning more than 100 calories! This is a very nice and expensive treadmill so i bet I can add my weight, just need to figure out how! lol

Yeah I'm CONSISTENTLY going over my sugar EVERY day. From simple things as whole grain breads, oatmeals and fruits are the highest things on mine :(

hahah some of these are hilarious! I have a lot of food aversions :ohwell: Raw onion ( I will puke if one gets on my food somehow), cauliflower (cooked or raw), mushrooms (It's a fungus!!!!) and most seafood. I can eat most broiled fishes and shrimp but that's it. I agree with whoever said a lobster looks like a giant…

So do I NEED to consume those calories? My goal for calories is 1620. I'm having no issues with staying under that. With my exercise on top of that, it's saying I should consume 1900 when I'm only taking in around 1300-1400. Am I harming myself by not eating the extra calories or is it possible I'll just lose more?
