What would be a more logical path, losing weight (from 211 to 180) or losing the same weight and building the muscle mass? To me it makes more sense to lose the extra weight and then start to build the muscle mass, is this what everyone else would say?
So I'm 5'10" 205 lbs, 27 year old male my target calories are roughly 1,400 but I only ate a little over 700. I'm not hungry at all, should I be worried? I know it's good to fluctuate calorie intake but is this ok?
