  • Starting weight: 211 Current weight: 200.2 What helped: Tons of cardio, drinking half my start weight in ounces. Most importantly, cutting all the bad food and drink out of my diet. What Hindered: working in a place where the snack bar is pure junk food, while I didn't have anything it was pretty rough getting the stuff…
  • OK I was going to post pictures here but I have to do it in a different thread I guess....:grumble:
  • Good luck everyone! I can't wait to see the numbers everyone will put up! Remember, if you don't put up big numbers, don't lose focus!
  • I'm on day 3 of 114oz and I still have to go at least 4 times an hour. Hopefully it does ease up!
  • Thanks for the encouraging words. As far as my job being on the line, I have a fitness test coming up in February and the main thing I need to focus on for that is a smaller waist line, and running the 1.5 mile faster. I'm hoping to run the 1.5 mile in around 12:00 min if not faster. As far as the waist I need to be around…
  • It's 80 calories per 1/4 cup and so 2 Tbsp would equal half of the recommend serving which should bring it to 40 calories. Thanks for pointing that out. Not as big of a jump as you suggested but better than 10.
  • No it's crumbled and I believe we do 2 tbsp of it.. don't quote me on that, my wife is the one that usually puts it in the salads.
  • Would the 100+ oz of water have any play in this, since I did just start doing all of this on Saturday?
  • See I don't know what it is, I am not hungry I eat and feel satisfied. I do grab snacks when I feel hungry but for the most part its just something that fills the hunger void, then I am satisfied again. I will switch some things up and add some calories for breakfast, since I know this meal is really low. Thanks everyone…
  • I do excersise, not as much as I should seeing how I am in the military. I never really tracked my before calories, so I would assume that I am just eating fuller foods with a lower calorie count. I eat, controlled portions and have snacks throughout the day. I eat a salad with everymeal, except breakfast. I think it is…
  • I have a saltwater fish tank and I make my own RO/DI water. Well I have a RO bypass that I use to fill my 5 gallon water jugs. It's just like bottled water but at a fraction of the cost! Has been a great investment and it just connects to your sink cold water tap.
  • Hey all, there is an app I use to track my water intake. It's called waterlogged (iPhone) hope its on other phones as well. It reminds me every 1.5 hrs to drink water. You can customize the app to remind you at different intervals and for it not to remind you while you sleep. For the last two days I have consumed 114+ oz…
  • Name: Nick About Yourself: I am 27 years old, active-duty Air Force, I weighed 180 lbs the 4 years I was in England. As soon as I came back to the states I put 47 lbs on and weighed 227 at 5'10". I have tried a few diets including the "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" juice diet. With that diet I lost 20 lbs, but I didn't like…
