hi everyone i work in a really fast paced enviorment.. but towards the end of the night its slows down and we sit around alot which leads to me just eating!!.. and snacking!!.. any suggestions of quick easy snacks i can do?? i work in a group home and have access to a fridge stove etc. but still need to be on my toes so…
