anybody ever tried or know someone who has tried, "the pink method" workout & fitness plan yet, (it was on the "dr. phil" show & "the doctors" show? any feedback is greatly appreciated, as i am planning on buying/trying it?
i need help with how to change my diet to healthier foods, when i am allergic to wheat. too much wheat kills my stomach, but i can handle a little. i love, love, love white rice/floured foods. anybody have any suggestions/advice?
