hey everyone after losing just over 40 kgs (90ish pounds) I think I need to do some weight training to finish toning up, but cant really afford a gym membership but I do have resistance bands, will they do a decent job (im guessing not as good as weights though)

ok so thanks to mfp i have lost 40kg (88 pounds) but im stuck on the last 4kg im more active than ever but it wont budge, lol im almost things in excess skin and fat flaps that wont go lol. i am toning and building muscle but i have been down to 60kg before so i know its achievable
