sound just like me, been big all my life, was 104 after my youngest was born, currently at 62 kg, just 2 away from my goal, mfp helped me to get here, stick with it, and well done

how much did you put as your weight loss goal, that's seems like a maintenance level, if you up the pounds per week it might give you a better indication of what it should be oh and you will love turbo fire, good choice in work out dvd :tongue:

I used to run with earphones in one ear, the other one never stayed in, but I got enough music through just one

try having a cheat day with your food, you will be surprised what that can do when you get back on track. you probably are building muscle so don't dispare yet

I work out about 5:30 am and I am not getting up at least an hour earlier to eat something and have it go down enough so it wont hinder my work out lol. so I usually work out first thing on an empty stomach and that works great for me, I have my shower then a decent breakfast and im set

i have the dvd's im not following it to the letter but i started doing classes once/twice a week and then found out abotu it, i LOVE turbo, so much fun. you will love it

thanks have just recently changed it all up, i had a few weeks off when i went on holidays and then easter and got back on track when i started gaining again, i could do with more protein but unsure of easy yummy sources to have during the day
