I'm only 5 feet tall, 190 pounds right now, down from 194 a week ago. My goal weight is 130. I've lost this same 50-60 pounds several times (over the course of a few decades) and when I get down to 130 and try to go lower, that is when things start to go terribly wrong. 130 will have to work for me, I'm hoping I can maintain it long term if I don't fight it.
No pictures yet. I'll post some when I get to 15 pounds down.0 -

I'm 5'3"...started at 175lbs and lost 25lbs in about 3 months. Watched what I ate, was on the treadmill and did Jillian videos 4 times/week. I would lose a pound and then gain a pound for three more months after that...it's like my body was stuck. Then I got pregnant! My baby is now 6 weeks old, so I am back at it this week. I gained almost 40lbs while pregnant and lost 25 (I'm nursing and I am one of those people who doesn't lose weight while nursing...ugh!)....so I have to lose about 40lbs to get to my goal of 125lbs. I am a shorty but I am 5' even. Last year I weighed 225, today I weigh 159lbs. On a shorter frame you can notice each 10lbs, well at least my friends do!0

Feel free to check out my profile. I started at 174. I am now 136. My goal is 127 then I will re evaluate my goals. I was at 34% body fat and now at 27%. I would like to get to 22%.0

I don't have any photos but there is so much inspiration here!
I was 100-115 pretty much all my life except the past few years due to health issues. Was 156 at my highest a few months ago right before I started working out again. Am 149 right now with a goal of 110.0 -
with so many success stories how is everyone doing it? It's nice to see other 5'2 girls winning the fitness battle. Keep it going ladies. We can do this.0

My highest weight was 224....my before picture isn't great but it's all I have because I avoided cameras like the plague...but my profile is a before and after. Right now I am at 131 lbs...I think....I only weigh once a month so I may be wrong...0

I am 5 2 and started in June 2012 at 179. Picture on right is February 2013 at about 146. Currently 144.4 and current goal weight is 135 will then reevaulate and perhaps try to lose another 10

I am 5'2. I am starting out at 159 pounds. My goal is to be around 120. I just started last week! Good Luck Ladies lets keep each other motivated! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. lol well at least thats what i've been telling myself. Summer bod here we come!0

My highest weight was 222, and I had lost 20 of that before the first pic was taken; in the second, I was down to 120. I now hover comfortably between 120-125 and have been maintaining that for just over a year.
It CAN be done if you WANT it badly enough! Move more, eat less (and healthier), and before you know it you'll get there too...0 -

I'm 5'2" and my avatar is the closest thing I have to a progress pic. Started off at 271 (ugh! never again!). In the lower picture of my avatar I am at about 175. I'm currently at 164. Goal weight is 135.0
