I am loving this thread, so many inspirational ladies! I'm 5'2" (and a bit) and after 8 years of struggling between 200 & 239 am more determined than ever to get to 130. No real progress photos yet, as I'm just re-starting the journey, but can't wait to have some to post!

Dec 2011 - 130lb - I look so fat and bloated here. The excess of christmas food is really showing!!

Sep 2012 - 110lb - My birthday! The first size 8 dress I have been able to buy :happy: :happy:
Dec 2012 - 107lb
April 2013 - 108lb - Holiday last week. Size 6 dress. So happy!!
I personally think that in Dec 2012 picture, I look too skinny. So this year I have concentrated on more strength work than cardio to build muscle. For the first time that I can remember, I am happy with my body!! It's taken so much physical and mental training... from eating 1000 cals a day (a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast, cup of soup for lunch, then high fat & carbs for dinner) to eating 5/6 "meals" a day! Exercise is a massive part of my body change, weights have changed my body for the good and I'm going to stick at them!!!0 -

I don't have any piccies yet, just started this week. I'm 5'2" also. Starting weight also 207lbs. May have lost 3lbs this first week.

This is inspiring! I'm also 5'2.5" and started around 188 but shot up to 197 for some reason after giving up pop and cutting the sugar out of my coffee. I'm finally back down to around 187. Just needed to post so I can save this and continue to be inspired. Thanks!0

I'm still a "work in progress". I'm 5' 2.9" and my starting weight was 192lbs. On a good day I'm now 141.4lbs and my goal weight is 135...I'll reassess once I reach it. I went from a size 16/18 to a 6/8 depending on the clothes. I've lost 50lbs and over 30" off of my body. I have 6lb left to go! My husband laughs at this picture, he says I look pissed off, lol. I need to take a better one, lol.

Roughly started this journey after gaining 60 pounds during pregnancy .. had many off the wagons though in the year and a half since then. But once again back on the wagon trying to achieve just a little bit more!
Here is my progress picture. Not finished yet roughly another 15-20 pounds to go depending on how I feel when I get there

I don't know how to put photos on here, but my progress pic is in my profile. I was at 165 at my highest and currently 125.8 to be exact and I'm about 5'3" (slightly under). A couple of weeks ago I started lifting weights to tone up my body and I'm starting to see and feel the difference. I also run and do the Tap Out XT work outs other days.0

I am 5'3.5" started my weight loss at 196 lbs and I am down to 108 lbs (although I did not start using MFP until I my weight was down to 147!)... Started out at a size 18 (US) and am now down to a size 0. Took me a little over a year to lose all the weight. I have before and after pics on my home page. I believe I set it up so only my friends can view. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish to see pics....0

ETA: My heaviest weight was 128 (in the before picture) and my UGW is around 112-115.0 -

I am 5 ft 2. Aged 46. Start weight 127lbs need to lose 10 lbs. my clothes don't fit. Been on medication since nov 2012 and it has allowed me to gain this weight that I can't shift. I am a carb and sugar junkie. I talk a great diet and exercise program I just don't stick to anything. I am a stay at home housewife so I can graze on food all day. And I do!, lol. I rarely eat an evening meal because I have picked all day on rubbish. Any tips or advice welcome. It's only 10lbs how hard can it be??? Impossible when u have zero willpower. I am doing the 30day shred but had to have time off that due to illness. Back on it now though.0
