Hey I hope someone can help
my turbo kick instructor lent me her insanity dvds while she is away but didn't leave the schedule.
is ok safe to do 5-6 days a week or is it supposed to be every second day (seems very full on)
so far I have done a few sessions around my turbo fire dvds but wondering if I should be doing more (am so close to my goal)
thanks in advance

Everyone is different, so it's impossible for a workout DVD program to have exactly the right number of rest days for every participant. .
Rest days are very important because they give your muscles the necessary time to heal. If the schedule says it's a workout day, but you are feeling very tired and sore from the previous day's workout, take an extra rest day.
Listening to your body always pays off in the long run.0 -

Thankyou, I had no idea it was there. :happy:0 -
I did the schedule as it's written out. 6 days straight then one day off. You can google "Insanity schedule" and print it out so you know what DVD to do on which day.0

You don't have to start it on a Monday. You can still follow the 6 days a week schedule I'm doing it and my rest day is on Tuesdays0 -
