havirouble with last 4 kgs, any hints?

ok so thanks to mfp i have lost 40kg (88 pounds) but im stuck on the last 4kg

im more active than ever but it wont budge, lol im almost things in excess skin and fat flaps that wont go lol.

i am toning and building muscle but i have been down to 60kg before so i know its achievable

    Have you tried switching round your exercise routine? I find if I do the same thing each week 9on the same days) my body gets "comfortable" very quickly. Obviously if you've got a class on a specific day or walk to work you can't change those, but the things you do on your own you could vary a bit.

    Same with food - you'e obviously got a good healthy intake going on to lose all that weight, maybe you need a little binge or two, or up the protein if you're doing a lot of lifting.

    thanks have just recently changed it all up, i had a few weeks off when i went on holidays and then easter and got back on track when i started gaining again, i could do with more protein but unsure of easy yummy sources to have during the day

    Boiled eggs, chicken, handful of nuts, reduced fat cheese (chop them into a salad - bulgar wheat makes a yummy lunch!)
