Hi! I'm a seasoned MFP user. After my 5 y/o was born, I got on and lost over 50 lbs. Over time I gained lots of it back. I had another baby last year and I am back on MFP trying to lose the weight I gained back. I'm trying to stay on track with my diet and get to the gym. Calorie intake question
I am currently breastfeeding my 3 month old son. I have lost all my pregnancy weight due to breastfeeding, but I still have 30-40 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight. I know I have to eat a certain amount for my milk supply, but I'm just not sure how much I should be eating. Does anybody know? TIA
