I am currently breastfeeding my 3 month old son. I have lost all my pregnancy weight due to breastfeeding, but I still have 30-40 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight. I know I have to eat a certain amount for my milk supply, but I'm just not sure how much I should be eating. Does anybody know? TIA

Breastfeeding burns about 300 to 500 extra calories per day. When you calculate your calorie intake just add 300 calories.
