Got on the scales this morning and am now on another stones level

At weigh in today got 28 pounds off. Started in January 2102

hit the 300 pounds mark
This morning at my weekly weigh in I hit the 300 pound mark. Started on January 2nd so it hasbeen slow but steady progress. About 22 pounds off so far but a long way to go.

Holiday
Just been away for 4 days and not done well but back on track today and hope for damage limitation for Monday's official weigh in
