I have had my BMF for a little over one week. I was surprised by the numbers. My question...Is there any reason not to trust the TDEE Im getting from my BMF? Or has anyone compared their numbers from the BMF and actually eating up to TDEE???
I am considering this option to lose the last 10 pounds. I just need to know what kind of foods you are eating to meeting your calorie requirements? I try to eat clean and healthy as much as possible using the 80/20 rule.
