I done the math Katch BMR=1386 with TDEE=2149 moderate exercise with desk job. Harris BMR=1367 with TDEE=2119 BMF average over the last week TDEE=1923 I'm doing Jillian Micheals Body Revalution and started C25K maybe Im over estimated my exercise level. Each is 30 minutes long and I do them 6 days a week. Any thoughts???

I have 2 more workouts doing JMBR and I use moderate exercise because I only take on day off. I also have a desk job. If you use TDEE you dont eat back any exercise calories. Good luck I have gained muscle mass=1.8 pounds and lost fat mass=1.4 pounds.

Ive still got a few pounds to lose and if I hadnt taken pics and mesurements I would have been disappointed with the scales. Im a lucky on…

Today was my first cardio 3...I cant jump due to doctors orders so with modifications of those exercises I still burned 253 calories. Loved it. It will make you drip the sweat. :)
-
Yes you will get there for sure....youll be "finishing" P90X one week before I finish JMBR. You know the results you are getting the pictures may surprise you. Keep going.

All great advice...the thing that helps me the most is to exercise first thing in the morning. No time to make excuses and then you feel so much stronger physically and mentally that you wont want to mess up what work you have already accomplished.
-
Im so proud of you for trying a regular push-up.. Congrats. You are not letting anything get in your way. Keep trying and you will get there before your know it. Awesome on the 2 pounds loss also

That is one the the most positive and motivating statements I"ve read on here...choosing this everyday is a very positive thing for my health and well being. Well Done

You are doing so great. Are there only 3 Phases? Do you plan on doing the program again after finishing?

The small cable broke...Im now using the larger set which seems like too much and puts alot of pressure on my elbows so I which out and use dumbbells. You can use dumbbells instead of the cables for any move that Ive came across so far. Im starting WO 7 for the first time today so 1/2 way through.
-
Good for you...sometimes its hard to get back into after being sick. Proud of you
-
Remember to take care of yourself
-
That is awesome I still take breaks also. Some days are bodies can just do more than other days. :ohwell:
-
I find that a good nights rest does wonders for the body I still get 7-8 hours each night.

For sure years ago all I had to do to lose 10 pounds was stop eating a candy bar each day. Now I dont know the last time I ate a candy bar and Im fighting to get the last 10 off. Working out 6 days a week before work and counting calories and it is still a slow go. I just dont worry about it, I just get up and do the work…
-
burned 616 calories in recovery week that is great
-
I aim for 64 oz a day...Fill my 25 oz bottle up two times at work plus what I get at home. Do drink black coffee and decaf teas also
-
great job getting it done with all the bumps in the road
