I've seen tons of posts on these calorie burning- exercise tracking things... who has one? which is the better bang for your buck? what do they REALLY do? how accurate are they? Any advice would be helpful!

Couch to 5K
I want to run a 5K by Easter... does anyone have a great "couch to 5K" plan that has worked for them? Mind you, I've never really run anywhere! Any help is totally appreciated!!!

Is sugar just sugar?
I'm trying to keep my daily sugar totals low, but eating the recommended fruit servings is KILLING the sugar count MFP suggests. Is natural sugar in fruit just as bad as sugar in processed foods?

I don't think I can do this....
So, MFP is telling me that I need to eat just over 2000 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week.... In maintaining a healthy diet, I'm having a hard time actualy consuming THAT MUCH food. The part that's stressing me out is when I exercise. The calculations on the site tell me I'm burning close to 1000 calories for 60 minutes…

PCOS and weight loss
I've been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and my doctor said that it makes it extra challenging to lose weight, but didn't really provide any tips on how to be successful. Does anyone have previous experience with PCOS or have nutritional advice? Thanks in advance!
