I'm trying to keep my daily sugar totals low, but eating the recommended fruit servings is KILLING the sugar count MFP suggests.
Is natural sugar in fruit just as bad as sugar in processed foods?

Sugar from (fresh, not canned) fruit is far better for you than processed sugar. i.e. it's better to go over on sugar from eating pears than it is from eating processed foods like sweets.
Fruit is good for you! :flowerforyou:0 -
Yep fruit is fine, just make sure you being a little bit active. Sugar is fuel and if it isn't burnt off and you're eating over the count then it's stored as fat, it works like carbs :-)0
