Fluctuations
Okay, so I stay on my calorie goal pretty religiously, work out most days (somewhere between 4-6 days) and stay active on my off days, but my weight is going all over the place. Two weeks ago I gained .8 lbs, then lost 1.2 last week, and gained 1.4 this week. I've been at this for about two years now and am only down about…
