Frequency of weight training
I’m 5’8” and currently around 168 lbs (waffling between 166 and 169, lol). I still eat in a deficit since I’d like to lose more fat. I’m thinking 150-155 lbs would be a good weight for me, but since I started out at 254, I’m pretty happy where I am today. I will be starting the Thinner Leaner Stronger program pretty soon.…

Newbie Weightlifting Questions
I am in a caloric deficit as I have a lot of weight to lose. I am a female in my 40s, 5’8”, currently 217 lbs, with a goal of around 150 lbs. New to EMTWL
Hello! Since Aug. 2012 I've lost about 18 pounds on a LCD (approx. 1600 cals a day + exercise calories). The first 14 lbs. were lost from Aug to Nov. 2012. Then I took a break and didn't count calories at all over the holidays. My BMR is 1807 and my TDEE -20% is 1988 (TDEE with light activity is 2485). My exercise routine…
