Does anyone else feel really bloated after eating??
I have recent come back to MFP and here to stick with it this time. But since I started exercising again every time I eat or drink something (even water) I start to feel bloated and then just gets worse through out the day. Any suggestions of how to stop it and has any one else had something like this??

Hi everyone I joined a few weeks ago and started to do quite well then ended up getting far to stressed over uni exams and put the weight back on plus sum. So looking for some support so I can start heading back in the right directed.

New and in need of some motivation
Hi everyone, My names Jamie and I'm 22. I really need to get properly fit as I am to run the London marathon 2012. Although I have done some training I haven't done nearly enough and could really do with some encouragement. So hopefully I can find some new friends here for support and motivation :D
