I have those last 10 pounds to lose, and I don't know whether its because I'm a little fed up of the actual process of weight loss or what, but i feel that its taking such a loooong time! anyone know how i can get out of that stump or speed up the process? Much appreciated :)

I've bought the slendertone ab belt. Does anyone have any reviews, tips or tricks so that i can get better results? I do cardio 3 times a week, and situps/crunches/squats everyday. I would just like to hear from people that have used it if at all possible :)
