How do I log the Power90 Cardio section???
I'm at a loss on how to log the Power90 cardio section that I'm doing! I know that the 'sculpt' is logged as circuit training, but I'm lost on how to log the other one!! Any help would be awesome!! Thanks!!!

How do you log your work out?
I've been doing the Shred-it with weights lately and I have no idea how to log it correctly... Also next monday I'm starting Power90 and I'm wondering how you log that too. Right now I just log everything under 'aerobics general', but there is also some weights involved. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks :)

I was just wondering if anyone has/or is doing the Power 90 Work Out. I have the P90X at home, but I just don't think I'm ready to start that yet. I was just wondering if you have tried it if you liked it and if it is worth buying it :)
