Like do you take a pen and paper to the gym and write stuff down that you do? Do you have a journal you keep it in? Use an app?(I have a Kindle Fire, so would have to be Android). I want to keep track since my goal by April 1 is to increase weight by 50% on my workouts, but what is the easiest way to do this?

If you have a local one, what are you loving right now? I live in S. CA, so ours are year round. I am eating the BEST organic Asian Pear on the planet right now. Also got sweet limes. You juice them and it is like limeade without having to add sugar or water.

Work through sore muscles or rest?
I've been running for quite some time, so i haven't really had the muscle soreness in a LONG LONG time. I am training for a 1/2 and did 4 miles on Wednesday-longest i've run in a while. Do you eat differently on your rest days?
I feel like I'm starving myself on my rest days since I don't have as many calories and then, on my days I workout, I seem to have a hard time MEETING the increased calorie allowance. I'm not seeing a calories burned area when I list my weight training. Am I missing something?

Difference between press and bench press?
What is the difference? Is a press just an overhead press standing up and the bench press on a bench?
