Almonds AFTER a workout?
Hi there, I just finished a brief cardio workout of30 minutes, (350 calories). Simple question, Would eating a small handful of almonds (approx 15) after a workout be a smart choice as a snack? This is usually in the evening. Thanks:)

I went over on my Calcium?
Hey, I had a question. If I go into the red on my Calcium or Protein is that a bad thing? Will it effect me in a bad way?
