Just need a bit of guidance with the "Check In" Page........when I recorded my starting weight, my calories available each day were 1290 based on the other factors I recorded, like exercise. I weighed in last week and I dropped 5 lbs....my calories to be eaten each day remained the same. This week I weighed in…
