hi there! Just need a bit of guidance with the "Check In" Page........when I recorded my starting weight, my calories available each day were 1290 based on the other factors I recorded, like exercise. I weighed in last week and I dropped 5 lbs....my calories to be eaten each day remained the same. This week I weighed in (stayed the same, no weight loss this week!!) but my calories automatically dropped from 1290 to 1270......I'm thinking on that second week I should have updated something and didn't??? Not sure but shouldn't my calorie intake be dropping as I'm losing weight? Confused.......help!
