Why not try cycling?
Cycling is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and burn a lot of calories. 1 hour and 30 minutes at 16-20 mph and I burned over 1100 calories. 1 hour and 30 minutes indoors on the trainer and I burned over 1000 calories. I really enjoyed my eggs, waffles and bacon at dinner time and still had calories left.Give cycling a try…
