What to eat after 8PM?
it is really amazing how much you can loose when you stop eating after a certain time. For the past few days I've focused on eating before 7 or 7:30 PM and have really seen the scale drop. In some cases though I get off work around 6 or 7, followed by the gym, which causes me to not get home until 8:30 or 9. I don't want…
