Can you gain weight when training?
Hi Ive recently lost the weight I wanted to, so have ben given more calories to eat to maintain my weight. Ive also started weight training in the gym, a new programme which is quite intense. Ive put on 2lb is this right or should I reduce my calorie intake?? Any advice really appreciated thanks

Protein Shakes -- Can you help
Can anyone help... if you are weight training and have a protein shake, do you add it to your calorie intake or not? Ive just started and its almost 110 cals for a protein shake so its taking a lot of calories each day. Just need some advice from the fantastic mfp's

Hi all Ive been on here 5 weeks and totally love it but so disappoined this morning at my weigh in Ive put on 2lb... is it possible to do this when its your TOTM? Any help would be greatly appreciated
