Hi Ive recently lost the weight I wanted to, so have ben given more calories to eat to maintain my weight. Ive also started weight training in the gym, a new programme which is quite intense. Ive put on 2lb is this right or should I reduce my calorie intake??
Any advice really appreciated thanks

PersI would go and get a body fat measurement done. With that you'll be able to see whether if you gain lbs you are still losing fat and instead building muscle.0

It's possible that you're adding muscle to your frame, although it takes some time to pack on two pounds of muscle.
I'd continue eating where your at and see if things adjust. If you're new to working out, it could very easily just be water retention.0
