Hi Guys, I've been on this site a year and a half, I had lost 42 lbs but in January I was diagnosed with type 1 (I'm 28). Since then I've put on 16 lbs. How do I get myself back on track and stop throwing away all my hard work, any tips? I'm really not taking the diagnosis well, quite a lot of comfort eating and sad days…
