Plateau
I am about three and a half weeks out from surgery and I have hit a plateau. I haven’t lost any weight in over two weeks. The scale doesn’t seem to be moving at all. I just started exercising again as I was waiting to get the O.K from the Dr, but that doesn’t seem to have helped any. I feel like I wasted my time getting…
What should I pack for my hospital stay :)
My Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass surgery is scheduled for Aug, 2, but I was just contemplating what to pack for my hospital stay. What items were you thankful for packing and what items did you wish you would have packed? I don’t want to be stuck at the last minute scrambling packing my bag. Thanks :)
