new to the message board but old to this
hi all. i've been on mpf for a while now buthave struggled as i've only had 5 -8 kg to lose. i've never given the message boards a go before but am starting to creep up again to 73 kg and need the motivation to stop and turn it around. i know how it all works yet it still doesn't stop me eating a bucket of peanut m&m's…
